Sundeep Congo App – Support
Sundeep Congo is a mobile application used by staff and trusted partners of Sundeep Group to manage import, logistics and stock operations in the Republic of Congo.
The app is an internal business tool. It is not a consumer application and accounts are only provided to authorized users by our company.
Who should use this support page?
This support page is for employees and approved partners who already have a Sundeep Congo user account and use the app as part of their work.
Typical reasons to contact us include:
- Problems signing in or resetting your password
- Data issues in shipments, containers, PFIs or stock
- The app crashing, freezing or running unusually slowly
- Unexpected error messages or missing screens
- Requests to add, remove or change a user's access

Information to include in your request
To help us solve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your full name and the site/warehouse you work at
- The email address or username you use to log in
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The approximate date and time when the issue occurred
- A short description of what you were doing just before the problem happened
- Screenshots if possible
Non-users and general enquiries
If you are not a Sundeep employee or partner, the Sundeep Congo app is not available for public use and we are unable to create accounts on request.
